Target groups:
- All contract partners of Austrian Social Security
- This applies to approx. 12.000 doctor practices, whereby the training was provided for the doctors and all of the doctors’ assistants
- Approx. 1,000 persons shoul be qualified or requalified in 33 different trainings
Project goal:
- Support for the technical roll-out of the electronic health-care system and the necessary hardware installation in the doctors‘ practices. All of the affected doctors and their assistant had to be trained on the new syste
Project results:
- bit very successfully executed 650 four hour seminars for more than 25,000 participants at over 120 different locations throughout Austria with 8 trainers within 7 months.
- The entire training logistics were handled without complication
- More than 98% of the participants evaluated the training as very positive
- The Training-Roll-out was one of the most successful components of the entire e-Card project and contributed significantly to the participants‘ positive acceptance of the new system.
