This 36 month ESF project (start, October 2005) has the goal of qualifying the unemployed according to the needs of regional employers. The unemployed must be motivated and requalified as needed in order to improve their ability to be employed in the regional job market.
Project targets:
- At least 3,100 persons should take part in the information events
- At least 1,550 persons should complete the introductory seminar
- Approx. 1,000 persons shoul be qualified or requalified in 33 different trainings
- At least 390 persons should find jobs as a result of the project
- All of the goals listed above have already been achieved.
Project results:
- All of the goals listed above have already been achieved.
Target groups:
- Short-term unemployed: Persons older than 25 who have not been unemployed more than 12 months and those younger than 25 who have not been unemployed more than 6 months
- Interested persons (entrepreneurs, mothers, etc.)
- Persons threatened with unemployment.
